Underdeveloped Sexual Organs | Underdeveloped Testes | Underdeveloped Clitoris | Underdeveloped Vulva

Hypogonadism is a consistent feature manifesting as genital hypoplasia early in life and delayed/incomplete puberty in adolescence and adulthood.

The affects on genitalia are evident from birth, in both boys and girls with Prader-Willi Syndrome. Undescended testes is typical in the vast majority of male infants and a procedure called orchidopexy may be necessary to bring the testes down if they do not descend naturally or with other treatment. In females an underdeveloped clitoris and labia can easily be overlooked on physical examination. A Urologist will assist in this area.
